 Wedding Information

"Nolana & I talked about you a lot over the past 2-weeks. You were simply a Godsend! We were/are so appreciative of your efforts that we are trying to find another way to get you included in our events. I have already mentioned/recommended you to my point person within the Microsoft and I am almost certain that they will connect with you in the near future if not me on behalf of them.

You were soooo on point and such a pleasure to be around that we not only want you as a vendor but as a part of our friend group. As you can probably tell from the reception, we like to surround ourselves with good people; you are simply one of those with talent to boot. Nolana mentioned a few of your cocktail hour dishes that she wanted to get from you i.e. Shrimp & Grits...let's figure out how we can make that happen.

It is the goal of our staff to make every bride feel special on her "special" day and to ensure things are as seamless and simple as possible. We pride ourselves on transparency which includes working with bride, groom and coordinator to ensure that all things are covered.

We do ask each client prior to creating a quote for review, "what budget should we be respectful of". If this information is not provided our quote will generally start in or mid range for menus at $25.50 and increase. Menu options do not include fees for Beverages, Staff, Bartender, In House our Outside Rentals, Delivery or Taxes.

There is a "Hold Date Fee" required within 48 hrs from contract/ INVOICE which starts at $100.00. This fee is non-refundable.

Your payment schedule generally will include:

In case of breakage, damage, alteration, theft or loss, the client is resposbile for all replacement fees required by the vendor.

In our experience working with brides and what are typical industry standards, it’s easy to see why $25,000 is the average wedding cost. Consider, and example below from a recent wedding we catered, this is an snapshot of wedding costs with a guest count of 100.

  • Church/Officiant Fee: $500
  • Reception Site Rental: $2,500
  • Food: $40/plate x 100 = $4,000
  • Photographer: $1,500
  • DJ or Band: $1,500
  • Flowers: $1,000
  • Cake: $550
  • Rings: $5,000
  • Dress/Tux: $2,500
  • Open Bar: $950
     Total: $20,000
Gratuity: 20% of your total catering fees
This example may seem expensive, but for a wedding for 100 people, it is VERY modest. Keep in mind, this total does not include travel expenses, venue decor, gifts for wedding party, rentals (dinner & glassware, utensils, linens), planning or coordinating. Working with many brides often its "sticker shock", Withstyle wanted to provide you an outline of where typical wedding costs are in relation to your budget.
