You were soooo on point and such a pleasure to be around that we not only want you as a vendor but as a part of our friend group. As you can probably tell from the reception, we like to surround ourselves with good people; you are simply one of those with talent to boot. Nolana mentioned a few of your cocktail hour dishes that she wanted to get from you i.e. Shrimp & Grits...let's figure out how we can make that happen.

It is the goal of our staff to make every bride feel special on her "special" day and to ensure things are as seamless and simple as possible. We pride ourselves on transparency which includes working with bride, groom and coordinator to ensure that all things are covered.
Wedding menus for buffets start at $18.50pp (example: Garlic Roasted Chicken & Baked Cod w/ Lemon Sauce, Rosemary Potatoes, Buttered Noodles, Vegetable Medley, Mixed Greens with an Olive Oil Dressing and Dinner Rolls). We do ask each client prior to creating a quote for review, "what budget should we be respectful of". If this information is not provided our quote will generally start in or mid range for menus at $25.50 and increase. Menu options do not include fees for Beverages, Staff, Bartender, In House our Outside Rentals, Delivery or Taxes.
There is a "Hold Date Fee" required within 48 hrs from contract/ INVOICE which starts at $100.00. This fee is non-refundable.
Your payment schedule generally will include:
Hold of Date Fee - starts at $100.00 (based on guest count), if your date changes, you will need to pay another fee
60% of Total Fees due 30 days PRIOR to wedding date
40% of Total Fees due PRIOR to or upon our ARRIVAL at the venue (usually provided by your wedding coordiantor)
15-20% Gratuity due when we ARRIVE at the venue (usually provided by your wedding coordiantor)
Tastings are welcome for a minimum of four (4) guest and each guest is charged $45.00 for a tasting consisting of:
Two (2) choices of Poultry, Beef, Chicken or Fish
Two (2) sides
Two (2) salads
We do offer In House Rentals like;
China (white with gold rim)
Real glassware (ice tea goblet)
Black linens for both buffet tables and dinner tables
If Outside Rentals are required, all of the vendors fees are the sole responsibilty of the client. We are more than willing to order, pickup and return on your behalf* with a credit card supplied by the client for all charges. In case of breakage, damage, alteration, theft or loss, the client is resposbile for all replacement fees required by the vendor.
In our experience working with brides and what are typical industry standards, it’s easy to see why $25,000 is the average wedding cost. Consider, and example below from a recent wedding we catered, this is an snapshot of wedding costs with a guest count of 100.
Church/Officiant Fee: $500
Reception Site Rental: $2,500
Food: $40/plate x 100 = $4,000
DJ or Band: $1,500
Open Bar: $950
